Where It Started: Jiallos

Jiallos started it all — a Lafayette Road kitchen built on deep West African and Caribbean flavors. The name changed, but the soul never did.

One Sauce, A New Name

When Jiallos became Island Jerk Wings, the signature Island Jerk sauce carried the tradition — smoky, aromatic, built from generations of cooking.
